NVBS Company Day: Unity, Energy and Vision for the Future

JSC "NVBS" successfully held its three-day offsite Company Day event from December 10-12 at the picturesque "Russian Seasons" resort near Moscow. The gathering brought together all employees - from headquarters to regional offices.

The highlight of Day Two was the Strategic Session, featuring 2024 performance results, ambitious 2025 business plans.

Followed by team-building sports competitions that tested both agility and collaborative problem-solving skills. The evening featured a Gala Dinner with:

• Engaging contests
• Prize drawings
• Dancing
• allowing colleagues to connect in new ways.




The final day's "Epic Chronicle" intensive game had teams envisioning NVBS's expansion through 2030, imagining company growth on a "universal" scale. This annual event proved transformative, strengthening team spirit while aligning everyone with NVBS's grand strategic vision.
