- Integrate request data with the company’s other information systems.

- Request List Management: Filter, visualize, and manage requests imported from external sources.
- Commenting & Status Updates: Modify request statuses and add comments in the customer’s system.
- Task Assignment: Assign requests to field staff, with automatic logging of comments in the customer’s system, including employee/supervisor names and contact details.
