Annual "Field Day" Initiative
Administrative and managerial staff of JSC "NVBS" participated in the annual "Field Day" initiative. This program has been conducted since 2016 with the following objectives:
- «Experience firsthand the work of Service Engineers by participating in customer internet installations
- Observe in practice how field processes function (or fail to function)
- Evaluate their own contribution to Customer Service Group operations and provide feedback
- Identify challenges faced by frontline staff and develop improvement strategies
Participants assessed:
✓ The complexity of Service Engineer roles
✓ Working conditions for field personnel
✓ Areas for organizational growth
In 2021, JSC "NVBS" maintains its development focus on serving both external and internal clients. Employees who experience high service standards within the company naturally extend the same level of service to others.
