NVBS employees conducted a two-day business trip to Dongguan City (Guangdong Province) – one of China's industrial hubs concentrating production of:
Telecommunications equipment
Communication devices
Electronics

Trip Objectives:
1. Inspection of 3 factories producing:
Passive AFU components
Base station antennas
Indoor antennas
2. Evaluation of:
Technological capabilities
Personnel qualifications
Finished product quality

Key Outcomes:
✓ Signed framework currency contracts in paper form
✓ Reached agreements on:
Exclusive partnership for the Russian telecom market
Warehouse stock maintenance based on order forecasts
✓ Ongoing negotiations to:
Transition from USD settlements to direct CNY payments

The Chinese manufacturers' equipment will be used for NVBS's indoor projects with: MTS, Rostelecom.
