JSC "NVBS" Announces Change of CEO

   The Board of Directors of JSC "NVBS" announces the completion of the term of Andrey Alekseevich Sokolov, who has served as the company’s CEO since 2016. As of May 14, 2025, Alexander Valerianovich Stak has been appointed as the new head of the organization. His professional expertise in IT and large-scale project management will drive the company’s further development.  

   Alexander Stak previously held the position of Director of the MTS branch in the Stavropol region and has over 15 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry.

   His key objectives at NVBS include:  

• Strengthening the company’s position in the system integration segment;
• Expanding presence in the domestic IT equipment market and import-substituted solutions.
